The Car Barn are pleased to offer for sale this beautiful matching numbers Jaguar E-Type FHC Series 2.

It is finished in Carman Red and has a black leather interior.

The car was extensively restored in 2005/6 including a full engine rebuild. It has benefitted from regular use and maintenance over the past number of years. In 2012 it received and axle and gearbox re-build and suspension ball joint conversion. 

It has upgraded brakes, competition laced wire wheels and a stainless steel exhaust off the series 1. The original series 2 rear exhaust is also provided with the car for those who prefer a little bit more originality. 

There is a large history folder including many previous receipts, original green log book, restoration photos, ownership records and an original owners handbook.

'The E-Type is a beautiful car, and it's great to see one that's been so well looked after over the years, the service history is huge! To drive it is typically E-type, lots of power and a great noise. Condition wise it offers a nice mix of newly replaced/restored and original patina. It's been used and it's all the better for it.'
