The Car Barn are pleased to offer for sale this beautiful TVR Chimera 5.0 for sale.

It is finished in Peacock Blue with Magnolia half hide interior.

The 5.0 Chimaera is the pick of the bunch, offering (officially at least!) 340bhp giving a 0-60 time of just 4.1 seconds. 

This particular car has a huge history folder with it, with every bill and receipt going all the way back to the start. We also have a printout from Fenhurst TVR who did a lot of the work and also a service book that has a huge number of stamps in it. 

You noticed the car has the later front end. In 2015 the car was subject to some key damage (hell hath no fury!) and while the car was getting a full re-spray, the owner decided to upgrade to the later front end. 

The car has covered less than 1000 miles in the last 10 years so we have put the car through our workshops and have brought it up to our high standards. Some of the work includes:

• Full service including spark plugs and fuel filter
• 4 new tyres
• New rear discs and pads
• New track rod ends
• Clean chassis and apply Lanoguard protection
• This is on top of many smaller issues we have sorted

'On a personal note I absolutely love TVR's, big engines, lightweight bodies and always done things a bit differently (For better or worse!) This is a lovely example of a Chimaera that just needed bringing back to its best which we have done now. I've never seen so much history for a car of this age and it really shows how well it has been looked after over the years. To drive it's every bit as good as you would think and what a noise!'
